ftwPro Amend ftwPro, our atuomated amendment module, is available for any retirement or welfare plan in a prototype format (plans with adoption agreements). In order to generate an amendment, you simply update the online checklist of the plan for the changes you want in your amendment, enter an effective date and the system will generate a customized consent action, summary of material modifications and amendment. The annual fee will make this feature available for all retirement and welfare prototype style documents in your account. 5500 Forms Package If you subscribe to the 5500/PBGC Forms Package, you will be entitled to use all current and prior year forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. Pricing is for each block of 250 plans. For instance, if you prepare 5500s for 400 plans, the price would be $1,170.	$585/plan yr.
5500 Intermediate Package (15 plans maximum) If you subscribe to the intermediate Package, you will be entitled to the same access as a full subscription but you will be limited to preparing 5500s for 15 plans. Please contact us if you would like this intermediate subscription added to your account.	$399/plan yr.
55Express Package (two plans maximum) If you subscribe to the 55Express Package, you will be entitled to access/use all of the forms beginning on the date you enroll. You may purchase future versions at the time they become available. Defined Contribution Administration Software Annual Pricing: If you subscribe to the defined contribution administration software you will have access to all the software features for annual testing, recording keeping and producing reports for your clients. * The "per plan" option is not available for the IRS, 5500/PBGC Forms, 55Express package or 1099s. The per adoption agreement/volume submitter document fee is imposed each time an adoption agreement/plan document is generated or re-run. If you generate a large number of documents each year, you may also choose an annual subscription (Retirement Plans - $2975 per year/Welfare Plans - $1250 per year/Non Qualified - $1250 per year) with no per document fee. There is no additional cost for generation of supporting materials.
**The annual subscription is separate from the per plan pricing. There is no per plan price when you sign up for the annual subscription. An annual document subscription will include up to 500 plans. Each additional block of plans (after 1,000 plans) is $650 per additional block of 500 retirement plans and $350 per additional block of 500 nonqualified or welfare plans (ex: for a customer with 650 retirement plans, we charge $5,950 OR for a customer with 1234 retirement plans, we charge $6,600).
